HARBOR IN WINTER postmark Aug. 9, 1909. TEXT: "Parkhead Aug. 9.1.09 Dear Cousin, Ree. Your cards the other day. the boys got theres I seen them. I'm sure you could of stayed longer you would certainly feel like having a good cry after you got home. the next time you come you must stay longer I will write later on. Love to all. from B. MC"

  Taken prior to 1911, as that year the CPR grain elevator burned. The RBW building upper left and possibly the original steeple of Knox Presbyterian Church. The steeple of the the original congregational church is also visible above the wheel house of the far steamer.

Wayne Brown commented: It is a very early picture that was taken prior to 1900. I have a copy of the original photograph that the postcard was printed from.
